Can anyone help me find good purist parts for these characters?

So I'm trying to figure out ways to make (mostly) purist characters for some custom Marvel modular buildings for my Lego city. The characters I need to figure out parts for are Harry Osborn (the first image I'm not too sure about basing it off, just mainly a comic version that's recognizable as him), Mrs. Chen from the Venom movies, and Captain George Stacy and Aaron Davis (both Spider-Verse based and comic based).
