[California] Toy Story Slinky Dog (Set 43301) $45/75% Off

Just went to my local Target after seeing the posts here showing the slinky dog was $75 at multiple stores. My target had them on clearance at $45. They were originally sold out. But the manager told me they had some available nearby and if I purchased them even at retail price, they would honor their price if I came in to return them and repurchase them.
