Bricktober polybag galore

You have to let me know if this is a good deal or not. I saw on OfferUp yesterday this guy had a listing for all these sealed bricktober polybags from 2010/2011 toys r us. Over 400 sealed and then a ton of loose cmfs series 7 and so forth. 111 Ninja Princess, 35 Knight, 45 Imperial Soldier, 33 Forestman, 48 Fire Chief, 59 Cavalry Colonel, 24 Black Falcon, 214 Astronaut. All Bricktober, all unopened. Including all LOR figs from set 9471 and a SpongeBob set 3833. I thought it was one of those...
