The Black Pearl is very well designed. The upper deck and interior space are very well thought-out with the Black Pearl. On the other hand, the Fortuna has a ton of deck space and a ton of minifigs to play with. The color is nicer withe the Fortuna too. The sails on the Black Pearl are better secured also.
