Beyond Batmobile

Would anybody be able to help me reverse engineer and make a parts list/ instructions for this Batman Beyond Batmobile MOC? This MOC is the most accurate to the animated series, that is also minifig scale, that I could find. However I am unable to find any instructions for it. I have a collection of LEGO Batmobiles.
