Anyone else think Chen gives off Palpatine vibes?

This randomly just popped into my head one day, but it makes a lot of sense. There's a lot of eerily similar things between the two. I'll make a quick list. -They have multiple apprentices but choose one over the other because he's more powerful. -They both orchestrated an entire war to occur in an attempt to vanquish both sides. -They both orchestrated the betrayal of incredibly powerful former allies (For Chen it was the Time Twins, For Palpatine it was Anakin). -They're both eccentric and...
