Antonio Vivaldi Easter Egg in the Venetian Neighborhood (11388)?

Seems like LEGO might have included this minifigure in the set as a reference to the composer. The hair, clothing style, instrument, and even face print to an extent all feel too intentional to be a coincidence. And Vivaldi was Venetian! If this is intentional, I'm pretty sure this would be the first LEGO minifigure directly inspired by a specific classical (or baroque) musician.
