Added the only missing piece to the X-Files build

The set was complete and remarkably detailed except for one teensie tiny (but crucial) part: Smoking man's cigarette. I had a leftover white faucet from the Mystery Machine build, and when I was organizing my spare parts I saw it and thought "hmm, if I remove that and paint the end..." and here we are.
