Ada Lovelace, Enchantress of Numbers

This is my first submission! Ada Lovelace is well known among software engineers but I'd love for more people to get to know her story! Her translation of an Italian article about a proposed machine, the Analytical Engine, included additional, detailed notes that not only described how it worked and an example program for it, but imagined the possibilities of what such a device could be capable of. Charles Babbage, the inventor of the Analytical Engine, called her the Enchantress of Numbers....
