9V question: why are the white sections getting power?

Feeding track power through the circled connector. I have highlighted the switch positions/current path in each direction. Somehow, the white sections (1) and (2) are getting power, even though they should be isolated by the track switch positions. In other words, all 5 trains on the right start moving (though rather “creeping”) Do I have faulty switches?
