The Madam of the Keep

The Madam of the Keep is a fascinating addition to any fantasy or castle-adjacent collection, capturing a distinct aristocratic yet weathered aesthetic through her sand green and dark green robes. Collectors are immediately drawn to this figure due to its unique color palette, which stands out brilliantly from the standard medieval or fantasy lineup. The combination of the long wavy light bluish gray hair and the detailed face print featuring dark orange wrinkles gives the character immense personality and a sense of storied history that appeals deeply to builders who love world-building.

When assessing condition for this figure, collectors should pay close attention to the sand green elements and the delicate torso prints. Because sand green can sometimes show scuffs or fading, finding a pristine example with crisp printing on both the torso and the dress/robe skirt is paramount. The unique color combination makes acquiring a complete, well-preserved specimen a rewarding milestone for completionists focusing on rare civilian and castle-themed characters.

Rarity is a major selling point for this particular minifigure, as it is tied to a very limited distribution footprint. Appearing in only a single set to date, its aftermarket availability is inherently restricted by the production run and retirement status of that specific release. Figures with unique hairpiece and face print combinations like this do not often see re-releases in standard waves, making standalone acquisitions on the secondary market the primary route for dedicated hunters.

As supply dries up, regional availability variations and the sheer difficulty of sourcing complete figures with all four original components intact will likely push this figure higher on the want-lists of regional castle and fantasy collectors.
