Man, Dark Azure Hoodie, Dark Green Legs

When it comes to unique finds, this guy is an absolute sleeper hit for modern collectors! Featuring a vibrant Dark Azure hoodie zipped over a striking lime and green striped shirt, this minifigure brings a fantastic splash of color to any casual urban setup or MOC city street scene. The tousled dark orange hair paired with a cheerful, open-mouthed smile gives him a ton of personality, making him feel like a real, lively minifigure rather than just a generic crowd filler.

Because this figure is tied to a very specific, limited promotional release rather than a standard retail wave, tracking him down is already proving to be a fun challenge for completionists. Condition collectors will want to keep a close eye on the dark azure torso printing, ensuring the zipper details and striped undershirt are crisp and free from micro-scratches. The combination of less-common part colors—like those dark green legs and the unique hoodie print—makes him a delightful little puzzle piece for part collectors too!

Let's talk exclusivity, because this is where this minifigure really starts turning heads in collector circles. This particular variant is currently known to appear in just a single promotional release, tying its total population directly to the distribution numbers of that specific event item. When a figure is restricted to such a limited release window and set count, its aftermarket availability naturally tightens up very quickly once the initial supply dries up.

While market data on newly released promotional minifigures can fluctuate as collectors figure out where they came from, low production distribution always acts as a strong upward pressure on rarity. Figures that bypass standard retail shelves entirely tend to skip the massive overproduction phase that plagues common City or Star Wars figures, making them much scarcer in pristine, loose-from-new-set condition.

From an investment perspective, this minifigure sits comfortably in a fascinating niche. While he represents a generic civilian character rather than a high-profile licensed superhero or movie icon, his extreme exclusivity makes up for the lack of a recognizable franchise name. Promotional and event-exclusive minifigures often become quiet grails years down the road when builders realize how hard they are to source individually outside of buying the entire exclusive set.

Market data currently points to an emerging collector interest in unique promotional civilian outfits. Because the barrier to entry involves tracking down a specialized set, investors who secure these figures early often see steady long-term appreciation as the supply of sealed sets dwindles and loose figures become harder to verify. He earns a solid B+ investment grade thanks to that scarce single-set exclusivity!
