Woman, Dark Azure Hoodie, Dark Green Legs

Hey there, fellow collectors! If you are hunting for hidden gems from unique promotional releases, this civilian minifigure is a fascinating piece to add to the radar. Featuring a cozy dark azure hoodie layered over a vibrant lime and green striped shirt, this figure brings a wonderful splash of everyday color to any modern LEGO city display. The combination of her short dark brown bob cut and cheerful open-mouth smile with teeth gives her a lively, authentic personality that stands out from standard crowd extras.

Because this figure is tied to a very specific, limited promotional release, tracking one down requires a bit of dedication from completionist collectors. When inspecting your figures, pay close attention to the dark azure torso print—the zipper detailing over the striped undershirt is crisp and vibrant, so you will want to ensure there is no torso cracking or fading on the arms and hands. While generic civilian characters don't always grab the spotlight like licensed superheroes, promotional exclusives with unique print combinations always command a loyal following among hardcore city and event-set enthusiasts.

Rarity is where this minifigure truly shines for astute collectors. She is currently exclusive to a single, highly specialized promotional release: the Macy's Thanksgiving Float set distributed in 2024. Because this wasn't a standard retail set found on every toy store shelf, the sheer volume of these figures in circulation is considerably lower than your average City theme civilian.

According to current market data, single-set exclusives from limited promotional events tend to become increasingly scarce on the aftermarket once initial supplies dry up. Since everyday citizens from event sets aren't mass-produced in the millions like standard police officers or firefighters, future availability will likely rely heavily on collectors parting out their promotional sets. If you spot one of these dark azure hoodies on the aftermarket, it's definitely a smart grab before they disappear into permanent collections.

When evaluating the investment potential of a generic promotional figure, we have to look closely at set exclusivity and theme demand. While generic figures typically hover in lower investment tiers, the single-set promotional nature of this minifigure gives her a distinct advantage. Market data suggests that event-exclusive civilians often appreciate quietly over time as city layout builders look to add unique, non-standard citizens to their street scenes.

While she may not reach the astronomical heights of licensed convention exclusives, her status as a one-set wonder makes her a solid sleeper hit for long-term holders. Comparable promotional city figures tend to hold a steady floor value that gradually ticks upward as sealed sets become too expensive for casual openers to part out.
