Captain America, Hair

Hey fellow collectors! When a Marvel hero drops into an advent calendar, the LEGO community sits up and takes notice, and this Captain America variant with unmasked hair is no exception. What makes this particular version so fun for display is the inclusion of the medium nougat tousled hair piece alongside his classic helmet-free face print featuring that trademark smirk and reddish-brown chinstrap detail. Steve Rogers remains an absolute staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and variations that showcase him outside of his full headgear always pull in fans who love character-driven scenes.

When hunting for this piece, pay close attention to the torso printing which boasts a sharp white star against a dark blue chest coupled with intricate red and white abdominal decorations. Because this specific configuration originates from a seasonal holiday release, collectors looking for complete character lineups will want to snap it up without having to chase down massive, high-ticket wave sets. Just make sure the light nougat dual-expression head and the dark blue arms and legs are in pristine, play-free condition to keep your collection top-tier!

This variant of the First Avenger holds a unique spot in the aftermarket because it is tied directly to a seasonal release: the Super Heroes Marvel Advent Calendar 2026. Advent calendar figures are traditionally produced in high volumes during their release holiday season, but because these sets have a very short retail shelf life before retirement, the window to grab them directly from store shelves closes fast.

Looking at market data trends for seasonal calendar exclusives, once the holiday season wraps up, individual figures from these sets tend to see a steady climb in aftermarket availability. Since this is the only set to feature this exact hair-and-face combo for Cap, completionists and Marvel display builders will quickly drive up demand, making it a surprisingly sought-after individual piece despite its humble holiday origins.

As an investment piece, this Captain America minifigure sits comfortably in the solid collector tier. Super Heroes Advent calendar exclusives often start out inexpensive as holiday stock floods the market, but historical market data shows that unique character variants—especially those featuring unmasked versions of heavy-hitting Avengers—appreciate steadily once the parent set retires and current stock dries up.

While it may not command the jaw-dropping prices of ultra-rare convention exclusives, the universal appeal of Captain America combined with the single-set exclusivity of this hair variant gives it great long-term growth potential. It is a low-risk, high-charm addition to any portfolio, perfect for collectors looking to pad their Marvel inventory with steady, reliable value gainers.
