Fiona

Princess Fiona in her iconic ogre form is an absolute must-have for fans of the beloved DreamWorks Shrek franchise. Bringing the sarcastic, martial-arts-proficient royal to the LEGO brick universe is a huge win for collectors, and her debut design captures her fierce yet charming personality perfectly. The custom-molded lime head featuring her characteristic dark orange long hair, expressive dark brown eyebrows, and nougat lips is a masterpiece of character translation into minifigure form.

What really makes this figure stand out for serious collectors is the exquisite attention to detail on her dark green torso and lower dress assembly. Featuring intricate gold flower prints, elegant trim, and black folds on the dress piece, the execution bridges the gap between classic minifigure design and modern specialty pieces. Because she is currently tied to a brand-new release, securing one in pristine condition is essential for display purposes, particularly keeping an eye on potential wear around the specialized head mold and printed dress elements.

As a brand-new addition to the LEGO lineup debuting in the 2026 set 'Fiona and Donkey', this iteration of the character is currently limited in its overall market presence. Because she is exclusive to a single upcoming set, initial supply will be entirely dependent on the production run and shelf life of that particular box. First-wave licensed characters of major new properties often experience heavy initial demand from both casual fans and completionist collectors.

Market data indicates that single-set exclusives tend to hold their value exceptionally well once the host set retires. While currently accessible through her debut set, secondary market availability for loose figures will likely tighten significantly once the set leaves store shelves, making early acquisition a smart move for dedicated animation collectors.

Shrek and its associated universe represent a massive nostalgia wave for millennial and younger collectors alike, giving this minifigure incredible long-term growth potential. Based on historical trends for first-time appearances of major licensed characters in non-traditional themes, demand is expected to remain steady and robust. The combination of a unique head mold and specific dress assembly means she cannot be easily parted together from common pieces.

Current value is just beginning to be tracked as the set hits the market, but early indicators point toward a solid investment grade. As the Shrek theme potentially expands or the debut set approaches retirement, expect to see steady appreciation driven by character popularity and the scarcity of ogre-form Fiona figures.
