Captain Tashigi

Captain Tashigi is an absolute must-have for anime and manga fans diving into the brick-built world, bringing one of the most beloved officers from the One Piece universe straight to your collection. Collectors will immediately appreciate the fantastic attention to detail on her torso, featuring her signature jacket with white fur lining and a striking sand blue flower print that captures her classic look. Her dual-sided head gives fans the best of both worlds, offering a cool, neutral smile alongside a delightfully scared expression that instantly recalls her more comedic, clumsy moments in the series.

Beyond the gorgeous printing on her dark blue jacket and lavender hands, the inclusion of her dark red glasses molded right onto the warm tan head piece is a brilliant touch that ensures she stands out instantly in any display case. Because she is currently tied to a substantial, higher-end set, collectors eyeing pristine condition figures will want to watch out for any micro-scratches on those distinct glasses and ensure the dark blue hairpiece stays scuff-free during part management.

As a brand-new addition making her debut in 2026, Captain Tashigi currently holds strong exclusivity by appearing in just a single, premium-priced set: Garp's Marine Battleship (75646-1). Because buyers have to invest in a larger $179.99 set to secure her, the barrier to entry on the secondary market tends to keep the supply of loose figures relatively contained during the early part of her production run.

Market data suggests that single-set exclusives from large flagship vehicles or playsets naturally command a healthy premium once their home set eventually retires. With limited distribution points right out of the gate, fans who want to complete their Marine crew without purchasing the entire battleship will likely drive up loose figure demand over time.

When looking at the long-term investment potential, Captain Tashigi is sitting in a very strong position as a premier character locked behind a high-priced set wall. Fan-favorite officers from major crossover licenses notoriously appreciate well once their initial shelf life ends, especially when they feature highly detailed, unique molded elements like her glasses and distinct jacket printing.

While current values are still stabilizing as the set hits shelves, historical trends for single-appearance anime and licensed figures point toward steady, reliable appreciation. Grabbing this figure early while the set is still actively on shelves is a smart move for any collector looking to secure a future centerpiece for their display before aftermarket prices start climbing.
