Pilot, Bright Light Blue Shirt, Dark Blue Legs, Dark Blue Cap

Ah, the classic airline pilot! While generic city-themed figures might not always grab the headlines like a high-end Star Wars character, this bright light blue-shirted aviator has a certain charm that appeals to airport layout builders and modular town collectors. Featuring a sharp pilot uniform complete with gold wings, pockets, and a dark blue tie print, this figure captures the quintessential look of a commercial flight captain ready for takeoff.

For condition purists hunting for this specific variant, pay close attention to the light aqua arms and the printed torso, as the light colors are prone to showing minor scuffs or discoloration over time if not stored properly. The inclusion of Officer Noonan's head with those distinct large sunglasses gives this pilot a bit of extra personality, steering them away from a totally anonymous face and making them a fun pickup for custom city dioramas.

This pilot is a relatively scarce find given its limited distribution profile, appearing exclusively across a couple of specialized promotional or special edition sets released in 2025 and 2026. Because these release channels are often more niche than standard retail shelves, pulling this specific part combination together can be a bit of a treasure hunt for completionists.

Market data indicates that figures tied to promotional airplane sets often fly under the radar initially, only to see climbing demand once the sets retire and regional distribution dries up. Securing one now while the production window is fresh is a smart move before aftermarket scarcity sets in.

As a generic city role figure, the investment grade sits comfortably in the solid collectible tier. While it may not command the jaw-dropping appreciation numbers of a licensed superhero or rare vintage space minifigure, specialized aviation personnel always maintain steady, reliable demand among parents, kids, and layout builders.

Since current value tracking is just getting started for this fresh face, keeping an eye on how these 2025 and 2026 airplane sets perform on the secondary market will give you a great roadmap for its long-term trajectory. It's a fun, low-risk addition to a diversified minifigure portfolio.
