Sailor, Dark Red Legs, Sand Blue Bandana

Ahoy, mateys! This seafaring scoundrel is a fantastic addition for any fan of classic swashbuckling themes. Featuring a striking reddish brown jacket over a classic red and white striped shirt, this sailor brings an authentic nautical flair to the high seas. The inclusion of the sand blue bandana and dark red legs gives this crew member a weathered, battle-tested look that stands out in any pirate or historical layout.

For collectors, the primary draw of this figure lies in its exclusivity to a major enthusiast-targeted release. Because it originates from a specialized crowd-funded style set, sourcing this specific combination of parts on the aftermarket can prove challenging. When inspecting your collection, pay close attention to the unique scared-yet-lopsided smile face print, which adds a lot of personality and comedic potential to your pirate crew's ranks.

Rarity-wise, this dark-red-legged sailor is currently quite scarce on the secondary market. Market data shows it only appears in a single, highly specialized large-scale set—the Privateer Frigate Fortuna released in 2026. Because this set was produced in limited quantities through direct-to-consumer channels rather than standard mass-market retail, the figures tied to it are naturally much harder to come by than typical theme minifigures.

As time goes on, expect this figure to become a coveted prize for nautical collectors. Since it isn't spread across multiple budget-friendly sets, anyone looking to build out a proper crew for their privateer vessel will have to hunt down this specific variant, driving up both demand and scarcity.

From an investment standpoint, this sailor holds a very strong position. Backed by solid market data reflecting its exclusive single-set status and the strong historical performance of LEGO nautical and pirate-adjacent themes, this figure is primed for steady appreciation. Large secondary-market sets often see their constituent minifigures climb in value as completionists seek out every exclusive crew member.

While its current value is still establishing itself as the set settles into retirement, the combination of a detailed torso print, unique color blocking, and limited availability makes it a prime candidate for long-term growth. If you manage to secure one of these sailors in pristine condition, hold onto it—pirate fans are notoriously passionate and always willing to pay a premium for authentic crew members.
