Oompa Loompa, Female

Sweet tooths and LEGO fans alike have been waiting a long time for proper representation from Roald Dahl's magical universe, making the Oompa Loompa, Female a dream come true for display builders. This fantastic little figure captures the whimsical aesthetic of the classic cinematic adaptation with its vibrant orange skin tone, striking green hair, and iconic white-crossed-suspenders sweater design. Because this figure represents a major cinematic milestone for the Ideas theme, it carries immense nostalgic weight for collectors who grew up watching the factory gates open.

Condition is always paramount for figures with unique color pairings like dark orange and vibrant green. Collectors should watch out for minor torso scuffs and ensure the dual-expression or lopsided smile print is crisp and unblemished. The short white legs and distinct head print complete a design that is wonderfully faithful to the source material, ensuring this character will stand out in any minifigure lineup.

Rarity for this delightful factory worker is tied directly to its exclusive debut in a major 2025 LEGO Ideas release. Because it is currently locked behind a single, highly anticipated set, availability on the secondary market is driven entirely by the initial retail run and split-box sellers parting out complete builds.

As the set approaches its eventual retirement, expect aftermarket availability to tighten significantly. Figures sourced exclusively from high-profile Ideas releases often command a premium once they go out of production, especially when they represent unique background characters that fans want to army-build to fill out a chocolate factory display.

Market data for similar high-profile cinematic releases suggests that unique, character-driven minifigures from licensed pop-culture sets hold their value remarkably well. Since this is the very first time we are seeing this specific character variant in LEGO form, early adopters and completionists will drive initial demand upward. Theme popularity and the sheer novelty of the source material give this figure strong long-term growth potential.

While generic army-builders can sometimes fluctuate in price, the distinct licensing and fan-favorite status of the Willy Wonka universe elevate this piece above standard fare. If you are looking to secure a solid performer from the 2025 lineup, grabbing a few of these factory workers before the main set retires is a sweet strategy.
