The Penguin, Prison Cloths

This version of The Penguin, clad in orange prison garb, offers a unique and slightly humorous take on the classic Batman villain. The combination of his signature monocle, top hat, and lopsided scowl with the prison uniform creates an intriguing contrast that is sure to appeal to collectors.

The unique head mold and printed torso are exclusive to this minifigure, making it a desirable piece for those looking to complete their Batman rogue's gallery. Given the popularity of Batman and his adversaries, this Penguin variant will likely be a sought-after addition to any LEGO DC collection.

As this minifigure is slated to appear in only one set, the Arkham Asylum (76300-1) released in 2025, its rarity will depend on the production run and popularity of that set. If the Arkham Asylum set is produced in limited quantities or retires relatively quickly, this Penguin minifigure could become quite scarce on the aftermarket.

Because this minifigure is new for 2025, its availability is currently limited to pre-release sets. Over time, the market will determine its true rarity based on demand and the secondary market. Keep an eye on its presence in the aftermarket to assess its true rarity over time.
