Mr. Oz, White Torso, Pearl Titanium Legs

Mr. Oz from LEGO DREAMZzz is an intriguing minifigure, especially for collectors interested in unique character designs and the DREAMZzz theme. His distinct appearance, featuring a gold monocle with a blue lens, light bluish gray beard, and pearl titanium chest armor, makes him stand out. The detailed torso print with the Dark Turquoise Pixels on a Black Screen adds to his appeal.

The fact that he appears in only one set (so far) increases his collectibility, as acquiring him means purchasing that specific set. As the DREAMZzz theme gains popularity, unique characters like Mr. Oz are likely to become sought after by both children and adult collectors. Mint condition figures with all accessories will always command a premium.

Currently, Mr. Oz appears exclusively in the 'Mateo's Spray Paint Truck' set (71499-1) released in 2025. This single set appearance initially suggests a relatively limited availability. However, the overall production run of the set will ultimately determine his true rarity. If the set is widely available and produced in large quantities, Mr. Oz might be considered common in the short term. If the set is retired or has limited distribution, his rarity could increase significantly over time.
