Elf, Green Torso, Dark Brown Legs, Medium Nougat Hair

This Elf minifigure is likely to be highly sought after by collectors due to its association with the popular LEGO Ideas program and the charming Mushroom House set. The unique combination of the Forestman-style tunic and the medium nougat hair creates a distinctive look that sets it apart from other LEGO elves. Collectors will appreciate the detailed printing on the torso, reminiscent of classic LEGO themes.

The potential for this minifigure to become a valuable collectible is high, especially if the Mushroom House set proves to be a popular and sought-after item. Mint condition figures with all accessories will command the highest prices in the secondary market. Furthermore, the nostalgic appeal of the Forestman-inspired design will attract both LEGO Castle enthusiasts and minifigure collectors alike.

As of now, this Elf minifigure appears exclusively in the Mushroom House (910037-1) set. The rarity will largely depend on the production run and availability of this particular set. If the Mushroom House set is produced in limited quantities or becomes difficult to find, the Elf minifigure will inherently become rarer and more valuable.

The aftermarket availability will be a key factor in determining its long-term value. If the set is widely available, the minifigure will be easier to obtain.
