Kid, Dark Tan Torso, Reddish Brown Apron, Tan Hat

This charming young villager minifigure originates exclusively from the BrickLink Designer Program (BDP) Series 2 set, Ocean House (910036). Because BrickLink Designer Program sets are produced in strictly limited, crowdfunded quantities and sold directly to backers without a standard retail release, any exclusive minifigures or specialized torso assemblies from these sets immediately capture the attention of serious collectors.

The figure features a delightful coastal artisan or fisherman's apprentice aesthetic, sporting a detailed dark tan torso with a reddish-brown apron and utility pocket print, paired with a classic tan conical Asian sun hat. The open-smile face with freckles adds tons of personality, making it a perfect fit for high-end custom seaside dioramas, modular displays, and East Asian-themed layouts.

For collectors focusing on rare, limited-run LEGO sets or complete BDP minifigure rosters, this figure represents a unique piece of modern LEGO crowdfunding history that cannot be obtained through standard retail channels.

This minifigure is exceptionally scarce due to its exclusive inclusion in the BrickLink Designer Program Series 2 'Ocean House'. BDP sets have a hard production cap (limited to a maximum of 30,000 units worldwide) and are manufactured in a single production run for pre-order backers only.

Because the set is never distributed to traditional toy stores or LEGO brand retail shelves, the circulating supply of this minifigure is extraordinarily low compared to standard LEGO City or Ninjago civilian figures. Aftermarket availability is predominantly driven by collectors parting out complete BDP sets.

Minifigures tied exclusively to BrickLink Designer Program sets enjoy strong long-term investment prospects. As BDP sets sell out during crowdfunding and retire permanently upon fulfillment, secondary market demand for both sealed sets and individual exclusive minifigures steadily appreciates over time.

While generic civilian figures generally hold moderate value, BDP exclusives are an exception due to their fixed, finite supply and strong demand from town and diorama builders seeking authentic, non-licensed modular inhabitants. Expect this figure to maintain a solid price floor with steady upward momentum as Ocean House becomes harder to find.
