Super Battle Droid, Pearl Titanium

The Pearl Titanium Super Battle Droid is a highly sought-after minifigure due to its unique color and association with the Star Wars prequels and Clone Wars era. Collectors appreciate the droid's menacing design and its role as a key antagonist in the Separatist army. The pearl titanium color sets it apart from other battle droids, making it a desirable addition to any Star Wars minifigure collection.

Its significance lies in representing a core element of the Star Wars universe – the droid armies. The Super Battle Droid is an upgraded version of the standard battle droid, adding to its appeal. Also, because the figure is composed of only 4 parts, condition is important to collectors, with figures in mint condition commanding a premium.

The Pearl Titanium Super Battle Droid appears in a moderate number of sets (14), which contributes to its relative scarcity. While not exclusive to a single set, its presence is spread across several sets released between 2012 and 2015. All of these sets are now retired, limiting the supply of new figures entering the market. It is not a regional exclusive or special edition, but its unique color and limited production window contribute to its desirability and higher aftermarket value compared to standard battle droids.
