Shopkeeper, Orange Vest, Dark Blue Legs, Reddish Brown Hair

The Shopkeeper minifigure from the Apartment Building set is a desirable addition to any LEGO City collection, particularly for those focused on creating realistic urban environments. The orange vest with a name badge and dark azure trim gives the minifigure a distinct and recognizable look, making it ideal for populating LEGO stores and businesses. The reddish-brown hair piece is also a popular element, adding to the minifigure's appeal.

Collectors appreciate minifigures that add depth and realism to their LEGO displays. The Shopkeeper minifigure does just that, providing a character that's easily identifiable and relatable. As the Apartment Building set has been retired, the minifigure's availability will decrease, potentially increasing its collectibility over time. Furthermore, complete sets are always more valuable, so a complete minifigure in good condition is key.

This Shopkeeper minifigure appeared exclusively in the Apartment Building (60365-1) set released in 2023. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, its single set appearance contributes to its relative rarity. The retirement of the Apartment Building set will further limit its availability on the primary market, making it increasingly reliant on the secondary market. Its rarity will depend on the production run of the set and how many minifigures are parted out from it.
