Woman, Bright Light Blue Outfit with Pineapples

This vibrant civilian minifigure brings a cheerful, tropical vibe to any modern LEGO City layout. Originally appearing as the customer driver in the 2023 Car Wash set (60362), her standout feature is the unique Bright Light Blue tank top adorned with a detailed pineapple print pattern, perfectly complemented by matching monochrome bright light blue legs.

Minifigure collectors and custom City builders frequently seek out distinct, casual torso prints like this to diversify their urban populations. The combination of the trendy pineapple graphic and the flowing bright light yellow mid-length hairpiece gives her an effortlessly summery look that stands out amongst standard City civilians.

Because she was exclusively packaged in a single City set that has since retired, finding complete figures in mint condition is appealing to purist collectors looking to complete specific theme sub-collections or populate beach, vacation, and suburban MOC displays.

This minifigure is relatively uncommon due to her exclusive single-set release in the 2023 Car Wash (60362). While the Car Wash was a widely distributed retail set at an accessible price point, the specific combination of parts—particularly the pineapple tank top torso—has not been reissued in other City sets.

Now that the set has reached retired status, aftermarket availability relies on parted-out inventories from secondary market sellers, giving this specific variation modest rarity compared to multi-set civilian minifigures.

As a generic civilian character from an entry-level LEGO City set, this minifigure does not carry the high-dollar investment upside of licensed Star Wars or Marvel figures. However, unique female civilian torsos with appealing, modern lifestyle prints historically maintain steady demand from AFOLs building bustling city dioramas.

With the Car Wash set retired, sealed examples and complete minifigures are expected to see minor, steady appreciation over time. It serves best as a low-cost, steady-value filler collectible rather than a high-yield speculative asset.
