Mr Tang Power-up

The Mr. Tang Power-up minifigure is a desirable addition to any LEGO Monkie Kid collection, particularly for those who appreciate the unique character designs and vibrant themes of the series. Its distinct printed torso and leg details, along with the unique head print featuring both open and closed eye options, make it stand out. Collectors often seek out minifigures that represent key characters in a series, and Mr. Tang is a significant character in the Monkie Kid universe.

The inclusion of the light bluish gray neckwear armor adds to the minifigure's appeal, providing a unique accessory not commonly found. The combination of colors and intricate printing make it visually appealing and highly collectible. Condition is always important, with mint condition figures commanding higher prices.

Mr. Tang Power-up appears exclusively in one set: Mei's Guardian Dragon (80047-1) which was released in 2023 and has since been retired. This single set appearance contributes to its relative scarcity on the aftermarket. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, its availability is directly tied to the production run of that particular set. As the set becomes harder to find, the minifigure's rarity will likely increase.
