Oswald the Lucky Rabbit - Minifig

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is a highly desirable minifigure due to his historical significance as one of Walt Disney's earliest cartoon creations. This minifigure marks the first time Oswald has appeared in LEGO form, making it an instant must-have for Disney and LEGO collectors alike. The unique head mold with the large black ears adds to its appeal, setting it apart from typical minifigure designs.

The figure's charming, vintage-inspired design captures the essence of the classic cartoon character. Given the character's relative obscurity compared to Mickey Mouse, this minifigure appeals to collectors seeking more niche and historically significant pieces. As a character with a dedicated following and a limited initial release, demand is expected to remain high.

This minifigure currently appears in only one set, the LEGO Ideas set featuring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, released in 2023. While not a limited edition in the traditional sense, its availability is tied to the production run of that specific set. The set has been retired, increasing the rarity of the minifigure. Demand for Oswald is likely to outstrip supply on the secondary market, contributing to its rarity.
