Hunter Orc - Archer (3626b Head)

The Hunter Orc Archer minifigure is desirable for collectors of LEGO's Lord of the Rings theme, particularly those focused on assembling complete character collections. Its unique Orcish design, complete with tattered clothing and specialized archer gear, makes it visually distinct and appealing. As a key antagonist from the Battle of the Wargs scene, this minifigure allows collectors to recreate iconic moments from the films.

The minifigure's appeal is further enhanced by its exclusivity to a single, now-retired set. Mint condition figures, especially those with undamaged prints and accessories, are highly sought after. The detailed printing on the torso and legs, representing worn leather armor and ragged clothing, adds to its collectibility.

This Hunter Orc Archer's rarity is moderate, as it appears in only one set: 79002-1 Attack of the Wargs. The set was released in 2012 and has since been retired, making the minifigure no longer in production. While not a limited edition or promotional item, its single set appearance contributes to its scarcity on the aftermarket compared to minifigures found in multiple sets. Availability fluctuates, but it's generally attainable through online marketplaces, albeit at a premium over its original proportional cost within the set.
