Sand Blue Torso, Bright Light Blue Legs, Bright Light Yellow Hair

This minifigure, with its sand blue torso, bright light blue legs, and bright light yellow mullet, offers a unique and eye-catching design that appeals to collectors who appreciate distinctive LEGO characters. The rose print on the white shirt under the vest adds a touch of individuality, making it stand out from more generic minifigures. The mullet hairpiece is also a desirable element for custom minifigure creations.

As a relatively recent release from 2022, its collectibility will likely grow as the set becomes harder to find. Collectors focusing on LEGO City themes, or those who enjoy collecting minifigures with unique torsos and hairstyles, will find this minifigure appealing.

This minifigure appeared in only one set, the Double Loop Stunt Arena (60339-1), which retired in 2022. This single appearance inherently increases its rarity compared to minifigures found in multiple sets. While not a limited edition or promotional item, the limited availability in a single, now-retired set makes it a moderately rare find on the aftermarket.
