Girl, Bright Light Blue Jacket, Short White Legs, Sunglasses

This girl minifigure is appealing to collectors for several reasons. Her bright light blue jacket with the purple shirt and silver star print is a unique and eye-catching design. The dark orange ponytail hairpiece is also relatively uncommon, adding to her distinctiveness. The combination of the casual outfit and sunglasses gives her a cool and trendy vibe that resonates with younger builders and collectors of City-themed minifigures.

While not tied to a specific licensed character, the figure's generic nature allows for versatile display options within LEGO City layouts. She can be easily integrated into various scenarios, from hanging out at the skate park to exploring the urban landscape. Minifigures with unique torso prints and accessories tend to be more desirable, and this one fits the bill.

This minifigure appears in only one set, the Chimpanzee Smash Stunt Loop (60338-1), which was released in 2022 and is now retired. This single set appearance contributes to her relative scarcity on the aftermarket compared to minifigures that appear in multiple sets. While the set itself wasn't a limited edition, the retirement means no new copies of this minifigure are entering circulation.
