Worker, Orange Overalls over Blue Sweater, Red Hard Hat (3626c Head)

This construction worker minifigure is appealing to collectors for several reasons. Its simple design harkens back to classic LEGO City themes, evoking a sense of nostalgia. The orange overalls over a blue sweater is a distinctive look, and the red hard hat adds a pop of color. The head print, featuring a smirk with stubble, gives the character a relatable and slightly mischievous personality.

Minifigures like this are also great for building out LEGO City dioramas. Construction workers are essential to any LEGO town, making this minifigure a practical addition for collectors focused on creating realistic scenes. As the Demolition Site set is retired, the minifigure's availability is now limited to the secondary market, which increases collectibility.

This minifigure appeared in only one set, the Demolition Site (10734-1), which was released in 2017 and has since been retired. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, its single set appearance does add to its rarity compared to minifigures found in multiple sets. Its availability is now dependent on the secondary market, and as time passes, the number of minifigures in good condition will likely decrease, potentially increasing its rarity and value.
