Woman, Bright Light Orange Torso, Medium Blue Legs, Dark Orange Hair

Hey fellow collectors! If you've been eyeing the modular building collection, you've likely crossed paths with this stylish resident. This minifigure brings a fantastic splash of color to your display with her bright light orange jacket layered over a light blue undershirt, perfectly paired with medium blue legs and that gorgeous dark orange hair styled in a large high bun. What really sets her apart, though, is the head print featuring Shirley Keeper's signature red glasses, dark orange eyebrows, vibrant red lips, and a charming beauty mark that gives her loads of personality.

When condition checking this figure, you'll want to pay close attention to the torso and hair piece. The bright light orange plastic is generally stable, but the high bun element can occasionally show scuffs if stored improperly with other loose parts. Because she is a named civilian character exclusive to a massive flagship set, complete authentic versions with all four matching parts are a must-have for modular town planners and custom street scene builders alike.

Rarity-wise, this minifigure is tied directly to the exclusivity of its parent set, making it a bit of a hidden gem for dedicated Modular Buildings collectors. Since she only appears in a single high-end set that has recently completed its shelf life and retired, the pool of loose figures on the aftermarket is limited to those parted out from sealed boxes or purchased secondhand.

Market data shows that while standard civilian figures from mainstream themes are produced in massive quantities, exclusives tied to the adult-targeted Modular Buildings sub-theme tend to appreciate steadily once retirement hits. You won't find her in impulse-buy polybags or smaller town sets, meaning scalpers and collectors looking to populate their brick-built city streets have to hunt specifically for this exact configuration.

Looking at the investment potential, this figure sits comfortably in a strong collector tier. The Modular Buildings theme boasts some of the most dedicated fanbases in the entire hobby, and collectors often hunt down every single resident to bring their brick-built street corners to life. As the retirement window for her source set continues to widen, the demand for individual building inhabitants traditionally outpaces general supply.

Based on current market data and comparable figures from past modular sets, her value is poised for healthy, stable growth rather than explosive speculative spikes. She's a fantastic pickup for investors who understand that world-building civilian characters from iconic adult sets always find a hungry audience down the road.
