Vampire Bassist

The Vampire Bassist minifigure is highly desirable due to its unique design and association with the VIDIYO theme, which, while short-lived, produced some very distinctive and memorable minifigures. The combination of vampire aesthetics with a musician's flair makes it stand out in any collection. The detailed printing on the torso, the unique hairpiece, and the pearl titanium shoulder armor add to its appeal.

Collectors appreciate the novelty and limited availability of VIDIYO minifigures, as the theme was discontinued relatively quickly. This figure's distinct parts, such as the marbled red hairpiece and the bat-winged collar, are exclusive to this minifigure, further enhancing its collectibility. Condition is key – a figure in pristine condition with all accessories will command a higher price.

The Vampire Bassist appears exclusively in the 43108-11 VIDIYO set from 2021. As a promotional item within the VIDIYO range, its availability was limited, contributing to its relative rarity on the aftermarket. While not a regional exclusive, the finite production run of the VIDIYO theme ensures its scarcity will likely increase over time.

Finding this minifigure in excellent condition might require some searching, as it was part of a blind-bag series, meaning collectors often had to purchase multiple sets to obtain specific figures. This element of chance further drives up the demand among serious collectors.
