Doctor Strange, Plastic Cape

The Doctor Strange minifigure with the plastic cape is highly desirable for collectors due to its accurate representation of the character as seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The intricate printing on the torso, depicting the robes and Eye of Agamotto, combined with the unique hairpiece and facial expression, make it a standout minifigure. The plastic cape is a key feature, differentiating it from cloth cape variants and adding to its visual appeal.

Character popularity significantly boosts its collectibility, as Doctor Strange is a major figure in the MCU. Collectors often seek complete MCU collections, driving demand for this specific version. Mint condition figures, especially with undamaged capes, command a premium due to their display quality.

This Doctor Strange minifigure appears in only one retired set, Spider-Man at the Sanctum Workshop (76185-1). This limited availability makes it relatively scarce on the aftermarket compared to minifigures appearing in multiple sets. While not a regional exclusive, the single set appearance contributes to its desirability.
