Blue Torso with White Stripes, Lime Legs, Bright Light Yellow Hair

This minifigure, with its distinctive blue striped torso, lime legs, and bright light yellow hair, offers a unique charm for LEGO collectors. The combination of these elements, especially the red bow tie print on the torso and the expressive Parker L. Jackson head, adds to its appeal. Collectors often seek out minifigures with unusual color combinations and unique prints to add variety to their collections.

The minifigure's inclusion in the retired Ferris Wheel (31119-1) set further enhances its collectibility. The Parker L. Jackson head with its freckles and dual expression makes this minifigure even more desirable.

This minifigure appears in only one retired set, the Ferris Wheel (31119-1), released in 2021. While the set itself was not a limited edition, the single appearance of this specific minifigure combination contributes to its relative rarity. Aftermarket availability will depend on how many complete sets were disassembled and sold as individual parts or minifigures. Because of the one set appearance, condition is very important to collectors.
