Black Falcon Castle Guard, Female - Blue Torso, Pearl Dark Grey Legs, Flat Silver helmet

The Black Falcon Castle Guard (Female) represents a celebrated modern resurgence of one of LEGO's most iconic vintage factions: the Black Falcons. Reintroduced in 2021, this updated iteration features breathtaking dual-sided torso printing complete with detailed falcon heraldry, chainmail texture, and a matching printed coat extension on pearl dark grey legs. Collectors and AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO) highly praise the inclusion of a female soldier, bringing welcome diversity to classic medieval castle ranks.

Castle faction minifigures are consistently in high demand due to dedicated army builders creating expansive dioramas and fortress displays. The combination of the classic flat silver neck-protector helmet, detailed armor, and sharp contrasting blue and silver printing makes this guard an instant centerpiece for any medieval display.

When collecting this minifigure, ensure that the leg print featuring the blue tunic trim and red belt is crisp, as friction can cause edge wear. Collectors should also inspect the flat silver helmet for stress marks around the chin guard and neck protector.

This specific female Black Falcon guard configuration was released in only one set: the Creator 3-in-1 Medieval Castle (31120-1) from 2021. With the retirement of this set, new stock is no longer entering circulation from retail shelves.

While set 31120 was a popular and widely available set during its production run, Black Falcon figures are disproportionately hoarded in large quantities by Castle army-builders. This aggressive collector purchasing on the secondary market significantly reduces loose market supply relative to standard Creator 3-in-1 minifigures.

Minifigures tied to classic Castle factions—especially Black Falcons and Lion Knights—consistently perform well as secondary market investments. The combination of a retired set origin, high nostalgia factor, and voracious army-builder demand creates a strong upward baseline for long-term value appreciation.

Compared to typical non-licensed minifigures, modern Castle figures command a noticeable premium. While it will not reach four-figure status like ultra-rare promotional items, expect steady year-over-year gains as sealed inventory of set 31120 dries up.
