Criminal, Open Light Bluish Gray Jacket over Prison Shirt, Dark Bluish Gray Legs, Dark Bluish Gray Hat, Missing Tooth (3626b Head)

This Criminal minifigure is desirable for collectors due to its classic City theme and unique open jacket design, revealing a prison shirt underneath. The missing tooth detail on the head adds character and a touch of humor, making it stand out from more generic figures. As a relatively early City minifigure, it appeals to those building comprehensive collections of LEGO City residents and adversaries.

The figure's appeal is also boosted by its inclusion in a magnet set, which are often sought after by collectors who appreciate sealed or display-ready items. The overall design captures the essence of a stereotypical 'bad guy' from the LEGO City universe, making it a fun and recognizable addition to any collection. Condition is key, as with all minifigures, with minimal wear and intact printing being highly valued.

This Criminal minifigure appears in only one set, the City Burglars Magnet Set (853092-1) released in 2011. This limited availability contributes to its relative rarity on the aftermarket. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, the single set appearance means its supply is constrained compared to minifigures found in multiple larger sets. Its availability is moderate on sites like Bricklink and eBay, but demand from collectors ensures it remains a sought-after piece.
