Dark Blue Torso, Suit, Dark Blue Legs, Light Bluish Grey Hair

This minifigure, with its dark blue suit and light bluish grey hair, presents a unique and professional aesthetic that appeals to collectors looking for minifigures outside the typical superhero or fantasy themes. The combination of the dark blue blazer over a light blue button-down shirt offers a sophisticated look, making it stand out in a collection.

The angular dark tan beard and detailed facial printing add character, making it a desirable piece for those who appreciate the finer details in minifigure design. Its exclusivity to a single, retired LEGO Store set further enhances its collectibility, as it was only available for a limited time and location.

This minifigure's rarity is primarily driven by its exclusive appearance in the 'LEGO Store Forum Des Halles!' set (PARIS-1) from 2016. Being a promotional or store-specific set, its production numbers were likely limited compared to widely released retail sets. This limited availability makes it harder to find on the aftermarket, contributing to its potential value among collectors seeking complete minifigure collections or unique pieces.
