Woman, Open Jacket over Purple Shirt, Sand Blue Legs, Baby Carrier, Reddish Brown Hair

This minifigure appeals to collectors interested in expanding their LEGO City populations with diverse and relatable characters. The inclusion of a baby carrier is a relatively unique element, making it desirable for collectors building realistic city layouts or family scenes. The open jacket over a purple shirt with a star print adds a touch of modern style, enhancing its appeal.

The reddish-brown wavy hairpiece is also a sought-after component, as it can be used to customize other minifigures. Minifigures featuring baby accessories have special appeal to collectors looking to populate their LEGO towns with realistic families.

This minifigure appears in only one set, the Town Center (60292-1), which was retired. While not a limited edition or exclusive, its presence in a single set makes it somewhat less common than minifigures appearing in multiple sets. The retirement of the set will likely increase its rarity over time, as fewer new copies become available on the market.
