Black Torso, Black Legs, Dark Brown Hair - Peabody

The Peabody minifigure is highly desirable for LEGO collectors due to its exclusive nature and limited availability. Released to commemorate the grand opening of the LEGO Store at Northshore Mall in Peabody, Massachusetts, this minifigure represents a specific event and location, making it a unique piece of LEGO history. The torso print, featuring the store's name and opening year, further enhances its collectibility.

Collectors also value this minifigure because it's a tangible piece of a specific LEGO Store's history. The combination of a formal jacket, tie, and glasses gives the figure a distinctive look, setting it apart from standard minifigures. Condition is a key factor; figures in pristine condition with undamaged printing command higher prices.

This minifigure is considered rare due to its exclusive release in a single, limited-edition set that was only available at the grand opening of the LEGO Store in Peabody, MA, in 2012. Production was limited to the event, and it was never re-released in any other set. Aftermarket availability is constrained, with limited quantities appearing for sale, making it difficult for collectors to acquire. Its regional exclusivity further adds to its scarcity and desirability among serious LEGO enthusiasts.
