Man, Dark Blue Robe with Ties, White Legs, Black Hair, Glasses

This minifigure is desirable for collectors interested in the LEGO Chinese New Year theme and those who appreciate unique cultural representations in LEGO form. The dark blue robe with gold lace clasps is a distinctive design, making it stand out from typical LEGO minifigure attire. The inclusion of glasses adds a touch of character and relatability.

The fact that this minifigure appeared in only one set, the retired 'Chinese New Year's Eve Dinner,' elevates its collectibility. Collectors often seek out minifigures that are exclusive or have limited availability, as these tend to become more valuable over time. The intactness and condition of the torso print and hairpiece will be key factors for collectors.

This minifigure's rarity is moderate, stemming from its single set appearance in the 'Chinese New Year's Eve Dinner' set (80101-1). The set was released in 2019 and is now retired, limiting the availability of this minifigure on the aftermarket. While not a regional exclusive, the set had a specific cultural focus, potentially making the minifigure more sought after by collectors interested in that theme. Its availability is tied directly to the number of these sets that were sold and disassembled.
