Woman, Open Bright Light Blue Hoodie over Dark Purple Shirt with Star, Blue Legs, Dark Orange Hair

This delightful minifigure is a standout civilian character originally released in the highly popular 60202 People Pack - Outdoor Adventures. LEGO City "People Packs" are legendary among collectors and MOC (My Own Creation) builders because they introduce a wealth of highly detailed, realistic civilian clothing and expressive face prints that are otherwise hard to find in standard action-oriented City sets.

What makes this specific figure highly collectible is her excellent selection of parts. She features a vibrant Bright Light Blue open hoodie torso with a metallic silver star printed on a dark purple shirt, paired with a very useful dark orange ponytail hairpiece. Her dual-sided head, featuring stylish purple-framed sunglasses on one side and a friendly smile on the other, adds incredible versatility for custom displays.

For collectors, keeping this figure in pristine condition is key, especially preventing scratches on the silver star torso print and the sunglasses printing on the head. Because she is composed of highly versatile parts, she is frequently parted out by customizers, making complete, original figures harder to find over time.

This minifigure is exclusive to a single retired set: the 60202 People Pack - Outdoor Adventures, which was released in 2018 and retired in late 2019. Because of this relatively short production window and her single-set exclusivity, she is moderately rare on the aftermarket.

While City figures are generally produced in high numbers, "People Packs" are typically purchased by hobbyists who integrate the figures directly into their own city layouts rather than parting them out. This keeps the active aftermarket supply of complete, mint-condition figures relatively low.
