Man, Bright Light Blue Letterman Jacket, Dark Blue Legs, Light Bluish Gray Helmet

Hey there, fellow Brick by Brick collector! When looking at this stylish City civilian sporting his bright light blue letterman jacket and sleek sports helmet, you might not immediately think of him as a crown jewel, but he has a certain charm that appeals to town and diorama builders. That striking jacket print with its white pocket flaps and shoulder details gives him an instant sporty aesthetic that makes him stand out in a crowd of standard minifigures. While he isn't a licensed character with a massive fan base, civilian figures with unique outerwear often find a healthy secondary market among builders looking to populate modern parks, schools, and recreational areas.

Condition is everything with these active-wear figures, especially since the light bluish gray sports helmet and the bright light blue torso are prone to minor scuffing if played with heavily. Collectors hunting for a pristine example will want to inspect the printed jacket details and ensure the brown-eyebrowed smiling head is free of micro-scratching. Because he's a generic citizen rather than a marquee hero, finding him in complete, unplayed-with condition is the real challenge for completionists looking to round out their 2019 civilian rosters.

This particular minifigure has a surprisingly restricted footprint, having only appeared in a single large-scale retail set: the massive 2019 Ski Resort. Because he was locked behind a substantial set purchase rather than a pocket-friendly impulse pack, his overall population in the wild is lower than typical street-level pedestrians. However, since the set itself was widely available during its production run, he isn't shrouded in ultra-rare mystery.

While he didn't enjoy a multi-set release tour, his exclusivity to a high-end seasonal set gives him a slight edge in regional availability compared to standard police or firefighter variants.
