No. fig-009796
City
Nate is a generic City character, likely intended to represent a fun-loving musician or a participant in a fair/stunt show.
Minifigure details
Nate is a minifigure that appeals to collectors for his unique and detailed design. The combination of the reddish-brown mullet, the detailed facial print with a goatee, and the striking torso print featuring a guitar and lightning bolts give him a distinct rock-star vibe that stands out in any LEGO City layout.
The fact that he appears in only two retired sets adds to his collectibility. Minifigures from retired sets tend to become more sought after as time passes, especially if they have unique or desirable parts.
Nate's rarity is moderate. Appearing in two sets, 'Stunt Show Truck' and 'People Pack - Fun Fair', both of which are now retired, limits his availability on the primary market. While not exceptionally rare like a promotional or event-exclusive minifigure, his presence in only two sets means he's less common than figures appearing in numerous widely available sets.
