Man, White and Blue Hoodie, Blue Legs, Blue Cap, Silver Sunglasses

This casual City civilian made his sole appearance in the 2011 Marina (set 4644), bringing a cool, laid-back coastal aesthetic to the harbor subtheme. Featuring silver-framed sunglasses paired with a smirk, he captures the relaxed weekend vibe of someone spending a sunny day by the docks or out on a speedboat.

His primary draw for collectors is the stylish torso print: a white zippered hooded sweatshirt detailed with medium blue kangaroo pockets, drawstrings, and a medium blue printed hood on the reverse. Combined with a matching blue baseball cap and plain blue legs, the entire ensemble creates a cohesive, modern casual look that remains a favorite for custom City dioramas and modular street layouts.

Condition-wise, collectors should inspect the silver printing on the sunglasses and the front zipper line on the torso, as these high-friction elements can show wear or micro-scratches from playwear over time.

Despite being a generic civilian figure, this specific minifigure configuration is surprisingly scarce due to appearing in only a single set—the 2011 City Marina (4644). Because the set retired over a decade ago, finding this exact figure in pristine condition on the aftermarket can be challenging compared to mass-produced City figures.

While standard blue legs and blue caps are easy to source, the specific combination featuring this torso print and the silver sunglasses head in this exact build keeps the complete minifigure strictly tied to its original 2011 release.

As a generic City minifigure, this character does not command the explosive secondary market premiums associated with licensed franchises like Star Wars or Marvel. However, its single-set exclusivity from a retired 2011 City set gives it a reliable baseline value and modest appeal among City town and harbor completionists.

Long-term value growth is expected to remain slow and steady. It serves primarily as an affordable vintage City piece rather than a high-yield investment asset, making it best suited for display builders and City collectors looking for unique civilian attire.
