Blue Torso, Sand Blue Legs, Reddish Brown Hair

This minifigure, with its unique combination of parts, offers a distinctive charm for LEGO collectors, especially those who appreciate the educational sets. The reddish-brown hairpiece with a braid is a desirable element, and the plain blue torso provides a classic, minimalist aesthetic. Collectors interested in unique part combinations and the history of LEGO educational sets will find this figure appealing.

The minifigure's simple design makes it a good candidate for customization, allowing collectors to create unique characters or add it to larger LEGO displays. The yellow head with the Mary Jane print adds a touch of character and individuality, making it stand out from more generic minifigures.

This minifigure appears exclusively in the Climate Connections Challenge Kit (9699-1) released in 2008. As a set designed for educational purposes, it wasn't as widely distributed as regular retail sets. This single appearance contributes to the minifigure's relative scarcity, particularly for those seeking it outside of the complete set. While not exceedingly rare, its limited availability makes it less common than minifigures found in multiple mass-market sets.
