White Torso, White Slope for Dress, White Hair

This minifigure is desirable primarily for its unique combination of parts and its inclusion in a single, now-retired set. The white torso with the corset and medium blue ribbon print, combined with the white slope for a dress and the white braided ponytail hairpiece, create a distinctive and memorable appearance. Collectors interested in fantasy-themed figures or unique LEGO elements will find this minifigure appealing.

The yellow head with the arched thin eyebrows, eyelashes, dark pink lips, and evil smile print adds character and personality, making it stand out from more generic minifigure faces. The overall design suggests a character with a regal or magical role, enhancing its collectibility.

This minifigure's rarity stems from its exclusive appearance in the Fantasy Minifigure Set (45023-1), released in 2016. As the set is now retired, the availability of this minifigure is limited to the secondary market. While not exceedingly rare, it's not a commonly found minifigure, which increases its collectibility. The number of sets produced and the initial popularity of the Fantasy Minifigure Set will influence its long-term availability.
