Girl, Open Bright Light Blue Hoodie over Dark Purple Shirt with Star, Short Medium Lavender Legs, Dark Brown Hair

This LEGO City girl minifigure is appealing to collectors due to her unique combination of parts, specifically the bright light blue hoodie and the medium lavender short legs. The star print on her shirt adds a touch of personality. Minifigures with distinctive clothing and hair pieces are often sought after by collectors looking to populate their LEGO City layouts with diverse and interesting characters.

The relatively limited number of sets she appears in (currently only two) also contributes to her collectibility. As these sets retire, the minifigure becomes harder to find in new or like-new condition. The head print, featuring a smile, freckles and eyelashes, also adds to her charm.

This minifigure appears in only two sets, both released in 2017. While not a limited edition or promotional item, the relatively small number of sets she's included in makes her less common than minifigures appearing in numerous widely available sets.
