King Mathias, Gold Armor, Gold Crown

King Mathias is a highly desirable minifigure for collectors of the LEGO Knights' Kingdom II theme. His standout feature is the chrome gold crown and the detailed torso armor featuring a lion with a crown, which exudes royalty and adds to the figure's visual appeal. The gray beard fading to white hair on the head print also contributes to the character's regal and distinguished appearance.

The minifigure's exclusive appearance in the King's Siege Tower set makes it a key piece for completing the Knights' Kingdom II collection. Collectors often seek this minifigure in excellent condition, with minimal scratches on the chrome gold parts and intact torso printing, to maximize its collectibility.

King Mathias is considered relatively rare due to his exclusive appearance in only one set, the King's Siege Tower (8875-1), which was released in 2005 and has since been retired. The limited production run of this set, coupled with the age of the minifigure, contributes to its scarcity on the aftermarket. While not a regional exclusive, its availability is constrained by the finite number of sets produced nearly two decades ago.
